There is a moment in the journey if successful, full out of body experience with the ability to then look back into the body. I was able to this time, feel weightless, no pain, no gravity, no body. But then focus on my legs. And feel the ketamine working, the internal stretch healing feeling is so incredible in this moment. I have developed a self awareness through all these experiences, so while I didn’t feel my legs, I was able to consciously think about them and then I felt them not as they feel on the chair, but in the healing sense. I felt nothing else during this time, no hands, no breathing, just the legs – internally stretching, elongating, like a bad muscle cramp finally getting release. Or the cold water on a skin burn on your finger, its unlike anything you could feel in this world. True heavenly experience. I say to myself and sometimes out loud, this is heaven. This has to be what heaven is like.
This is what I strive for every session of course, but it has to be a perfect balance. Ketamine dose to body chemistry. I also will say that it takes experience to encounter this experience. I have been going for a full year maybe a little more. I couldn’t do this in the beginning. Honestly I don’t think I had this result even a few sessions ago. You need to know and understand what you are seeing, what you are feeling, and how to navigate through it all. The dosage has to be right too, and your health matters. Having a coach there with you, talking and working through things, since day 1 is key. Tim and Tori are there from the start, and they care. If you don’t share with them how can they help you. Everyone is different. I don’t know what others get out of this. I am told I am unique with the visual aspect of my journeys. It wouldn’t be the same experience if I couldn’t visually be engaged. Today, I asked “it” what are you showing me? What am I looking into…tell me. Show me. And it did in a way, because out of the mass expansive universe your in, you know. you feel you have direction, like being led. And, almost like molding clay with your hands, I could push and pull the shapes and movement of the environment. Sometimes being a passenger is nice, but others you want to be your own healer right?
